What is included in the installation?
Installation includes a professional site assessment, mounting of all necessary equipment (modem/router), up to 120 meters of wiring, secure wiring and cable routing, full connection setup and testing, and a brief orientation on how to use your service. Note: Additional fees will apply for any wiring exceeding 120 meters.

Can installation be done immediately?
Immediate installation depends on service availability and technician schedules. Same-day installation may be possible if slots are open, but standard lead time is 1–3 business days. We recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. This promotional offer (1 free month after installation) applies to all new appointments booked during the promo period.

How much is the installation fee?
The one-time installation fee is ₱1,500. Any additional equipment required for your location will be the client’s responsibility. SPECIAL PROMOTION: While the installation fee remains ₱1,500, you will receive 1 FULL MONTH OF SERVICE FREE after your connection is set up!

Can we change the plan – upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Please contact our customer service team to process the change. Plan changes will take effect on your next billing cycle (after the free promotional month, if applicable).
